Bahkan, banyak orang baru sadar pentingnya menjaga punggung setelah nyeri itu datang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tapi kabar baiknya: <strong>sebagian besar nyeri pinggang bisa ditangani tanpa operasi<\/strong>, dan di sinilah pentingnya peran fisioterapi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa Sebenarnya Low Back Pain Itu?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secara sederhana, low back pain adalah nyeri yang muncul di area pinggang atau punggung bawah. Rasa nyerinya dapat berbeda-beda pada setiap individu, dapat berupa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pegal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaku<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seperti ketarik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sampai nyeri yang mengganggu aktivitas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yang menarik, sebagian besar kasus LBP itu <strong>tidak disebabkan oleh kerusakan serius<\/strong>, tapi lebih ke:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Otot yang tegang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kurang gerak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pola duduk yang salah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overuse aktivitas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jadi kalau kamu khawatir \u201cpinggang sakit berarti tulang belakang rusak\u201d, belum tentu yaa!.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kenapa Nyeri Pinggang Bisa Terjadi?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duduk Terlalu Lama<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kerja depan laptop berjam-jam? Ini salah satu penyebab utama. Otot jadi kaku, sirkulasi menurun, dan beban ke tulang belakang jadi semakin meningkat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kurang Aktivitas<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jarang olahraga bikin otot core lemah. Padahal, otot ini penting untuk menopang tulang belakang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salah Angkat Barang<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mengangkat barang dengan posisi atau teknik yang salah dapat memberikan beban yang berlebih pada otot, ligament dan bantalan tulang belakang saat membungkuk sehingga dapat menyebabkan sakit pada pinggang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stres<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iya, Stres dapat menyebabkan ketegangan otot tanpa disadari loh!. Saat stress tubuh secara otomatis masuk ke mode &#8220;siaga&#8221; <em>(fight-or-flight), <\/em>melepaskan hormon seperti adrenalin dan kortisol yang memaksa otot berkontraksi sebagai mekanisme perlindungan diri dari potensi bahaya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kenapa Fisioterapi Penting?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Banyak orang mengandalkan obat untuk nyeri pinggang. Tapi masalahnya, obat hanya mengurangi gejala\u2014bukan menyelesaikan penyebabnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di sinilah fisioterapi berperan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fisioterapi membantu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mengurangi nyeri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mengembalikan fungsional tubuh<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memperkuat otot\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mencegah nyeri datang lagi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Singkatnya: <strong>bukan hanya sembuh, tapi juga mencegah untuk kambuh kembali.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa yang dilakukan Fisioterapis?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kalau kamu datang ke fisioterapis, bukan langsung \u201cdipijat\u201d ya \ud83d\ude04<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ada beberapa tahap penting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pemeriksaan<br>Fisioterapis akan memeriksa dan mencari penyebab dari munculnya nyeri. Mulai dari pemeriksaan spesifik hingga ke fungsional tubuh untuk menentukan Treatment yang tepat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terapi Manual<br>Terapi manual seperti mobilisasi sendi dan Release otot dapat membantu mengurasi nyeri dan meningkatkan gerak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Latihan<br>Bagian paling penting berupa latihan, jenis latihan dapat berupa Stretching, Strengthening dan Latihan Fungsional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edukasi<br>Edukasi mengenai cara duduk dan angkat barang yang benar juga harus diperbaiki untuk mencegah nyeri datang kembali.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Haruskah Istirahat Total?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ini salah satu mitos terbesar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u274c Istirahat total terlalu lama<br>\u2714 Tetap aktif (sesuai kemampuan)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justru terlalu lama diam bisa membuat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Otot makin lemah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaku makin parah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pemulihan lebih lama<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jadi prinsipnya: <strong>bergerak, tapi terkontrol<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kapan Harus Waspada?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meskipun sebagian besar LBP tidak berbahaya, ada kondisi yang perlu perhatian khusus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nyeri sangat hebat dan tidak kunjung membaik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mati rasa, kesemutan atau kelemahan kaki<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gangguan buang air<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nyeri setelah jatuh\/trauma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jangan tunggu parah dulu baru periksa yaa!
