It’s my first time to have a physiotherapy session… I asked for a dry needling therapy due to overused low back pain and piriformis muscle which i heard can help with my problems and a female therapist named Rizky was assigned to me. I thought, she was going to just put the needles on me, but, she explained, examined, and massaged me first as she made sure the spots which needed to be needled. She was knowledgeable, professional, and nice in my opinion… After the needles, she also used a kind of tools to ease up my inflammation. As I have been informed, after the dry needling, i might experience soreness. However, i think i feel far better to be honest… and I was suggested to have another session so, yeah i can’t say I’m completely healed. In shorts, i have an excellent experience in PhysioJourney 🙏🏻😁
